These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Lumivoid Games ("we," "us," "our," or "Lumivoid Games"), an independent mobile game and software developer. These Terms govern your access to and use of our mobile games and software applications, including Neon Flow, Privacy Void, and Pixel Star Pop (collectively, the "Software"), our website at https://lumivoid.games (or our current hosting URL: https://neon-nexus-f4cfd.web.app) (the "Website"), and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, playing, or using the Software or the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Services and uninstall the Software.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified via in-game notice, email (if provided), or the Website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and, if under 18 (or the age of majority), have parental/guardian consent.
Certain features (e.g., cloud saves, leaderboards) may require sign-in via Google Play Games Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your access.
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., leaderboard names). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, display, and distribute it in connection with the Services.
You are solely responsible for your content and warrant it does not infringe third-party rights.
Our Software may be free-to-use or free-to-play but may offer optional in-app purchases ("IAPs") via Google Play Billing (e.g., power-ups, skins, credits, premium features).
Certain parts of our Software may include advertisements via Google AdMob to support free access. You consent to viewing ads. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or linked sites.
We may update the Software (automatically or manually) for improvements, fixes, or new features. Continued use requires accepting updates. The Services may integrate third-party features (e.g., Google Play Games, Firebase). Your use is subject to their terms.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access and may suspend or discontinue Services without notice.
All original content in the Software and Website—including but not limited to artwork, graphics, music, sound effects, code, text, UI elements, and software design—was created by Lumivoid Games and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You have no ownership rights in the Software or Website except for the limited license granted in Section 4.
You may terminate by uninstalling the Software and ceasing use.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violations or any reason, including loss of associated data/progress.
Upon termination, your license ends immediately.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted use. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumivoid Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, progress, virtual items, profits, or goodwill.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior (or $10 if none).
Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions; they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumivoid Games from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of California. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.
